• The body of the machine adopts the most mainstream plate welding bed processing method at present,using 10M thick steel plate welding. After welding is completed, mature thermal annealing is used to remove stress, and the work piece is heated to the temperature range of the plastic state.

  At this temperature, it is maintained for a certain period of time to eliminate stress, and then slowly cooled. Ultimately, residual stress is eliminated and homogenized, thereby ensuring the stability of machine tool dimensional accuracy.
